Spicy Shrimp Stew with Encona Jerk Bar-B-Que Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Lb Shrimp Peeled And Deveined
- 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 1/4 Cup Kent Boringer Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Stuffed Olives
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Cilanto Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Encona Jerk Bar-B-Que Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Medium Tomato Cubed
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 Medium Onion Diced
- 1/2 Medium Sweet Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Tsp Malher Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Malher Chicken Consome
- 1 Tbsp Grace Soy Sauce
Instructions
- In A Sauce Pan Heat Kent Boringer Olive Oil Saute Garlic, Onion And Sweet Pepper.
- Add Olives, Cilantro, Tomato, Encona Jerk Bar-B-Que Sauce, Bay Leaft, Malher Black Pepper,
- Malher Consome, Grace Soy Sauce, Water And Stir Well.
- Bring Mixture To A Complete Boil.
- Lower The Heat.
- Add Shrimp And Simmer Uncovered For 10 Minutes Stirring Occasionally
- Until Shrimp Is Fully Cooked.
*Serve Over Grace Coconut White Rice Or Corn Tortilla.
