Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Masa Corn Dough
- 1/2 Lb. Shortening
- 1/2 Lb. Fish Hashed Or ½ Lb, Fried Bean
- Grace Vinegar
Instructions
- Combine 1 Large Onion Chopped And 1/4 Lb. Cabbage Soaked In Grace Vinegar, Salt And Pepper To Taste.
- Spread 1 Oz. Masa On A Piece Of Plastic Into A Round Shape About 4” In Diameter.
- Put A Bit Of Fish Or Beans At Middle, Fold, Seal And Remove From Plastic.
- Fry In Hot Shortening.
- Spread Onion Sauce On Top Of Panades.
