Pan Fried Coconut Garlic Cassava
Ingredients
- 2 Lbs Cassava
- 2 Tbsp Grace Coconut Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Small Onion Sliced Thinly
- Lime Juice 1 Lime
- 1 Tbsp Malher Complete Seasoning
Instructions
- Boil Cassava For 12-15 Minutes Until Soft.
- Remove From Heat And Set Aside.
- Heat Sauce Pan On Medium.
- Add Grace Coconut Oil.
- Add Garlic, Onion, And Boiled Cassava.
- Add Malher Complete Seasoning And Lime Juice.
- Stir And Cover Pot.
- Let Simmer For 5 Minutes.
Serve With Grace Jerk Pork Tenderlion.
