Jalapeño Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 Large Grace Evaporated Milk
- 1 Sachet Malher Garlic Powder
- 1 5oz Can Malher Slice Jalapeno
- 1/4 Teaspoon Grace All Purpose Seasoning
- Grace Hot Pepper Sauce
- 3 Lbs. Medium Potatoes
- 1 Lb. Cheese Grated
- 1 Large Onion
- 1 Medium Sweet Pepper
- 2 Ounces Margarine
- 2 1/2 Cups Water
- 1/4 Cup Flour
Instructions
- Mince Onion And Sweet Pepper. Set Aside.
- Place Margarine In Sauce Pan Over Low Heat.
- Stir In Flour The Grace Evaporated Milk, Two Cups Water And Stir Until Slightly Thickened. Set Aside.
- Peel Potatoes And Slice Into 1/4” Thickness.
- Season With Malher Garlic Powder And Grace All Purpose Season.
- Grease Casserole Dish.
- Pour In 1/2 Cup Water
- Add Potatoes.
- Cover Dish And Bake In Moderate Heat For 15 Minutes.
- Remove Potatoes From Oven, Stir In Onions And Sweet Pepper, Grace Hot Pepper Sauce.
- Pour Cheese Over Potatoes.
- Place Slice Malher Jalapeno Peppers On Top Of The Cheese.
- Bake For An Additional 20 Minutes
Serve Hot.
