Grace Tuna Cake
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Grace Tuna Drained
- 1 Small Onion Diced
- 1 Small Sweet Pepper Diced
- 1 Tbsp Malher Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Malher Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Malher Consome
- 2 Tbsp Grace Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup Cooked Mashed Potato Not Too Soft
- Grace Vegetable Oil For Frying
Coating
- 2 Cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 3 Eggs Beaten
Instructions
- In A Frying Pan, Heat Grace Coconut Oil.
- Saute Onion & Sweet Pepper For Approximately 2 Minutes.
- Remove Pan From Heat.
- In A Bowl Add Sauteed Vegetables With Grace Tuna, Mashed Potatoes, Malher Garlic Powder, Malher Black Pepper, Malher Consome And Mix Well.
- In Separate Containers, Place Breadcrumbs, Flour And Eggs.
- Spoon Tuna Mixture And Shape Into Flattened Cakes.
- Lightly Dust Each Cake With Flour, Then Dip Into Eggs And Coat With Breadcrumbs.
- Reshape Cake If Necessary.
- Place On A Tray And Refrigerate For 15 Minutes Before Frying.
- Fry Each Cake In Grace Vegetable Oil Until Each Side Is Brown.
