Grace Brown Rice & Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 Teaspoons Grace Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Grace All Purpose Seasoning
- 2 Teaspoons Grace Jerk Seasoning Medium
- 1 Pack Grace Chicken Soup
- 1 Pack Grace Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 Can Grace Peas And Carrots
- 1 Can Grace Kernel Corn
- 2 Cups Chicken Breast Cubed
- 3 Cups Local Brown Rice
- 8 Cups Water
Instructions
- Cut Chicken Breast In Cubes And Wash With Grace Vinegar And Water. Drain And Season.
- Clean And Wash Rice.
- Place Seasoned Breast And Water In An Iron Pot To Boil.
- Add Rice, Grace Chicken Soup And Grace Jerk Seasoning.
- Lower Heat And Cook For 30 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally (3 Times) Or Until Liquid Has Evaporated.
- Turn Off Stove.
- Pour Drained Grace Peas And Carrots On Top Of Rice.
- Allow Rice To Swell For Another 30 Minutes. Mix Grace Peas And Carrots With Rice
Serve Brown Rice And Chicken With Corn On The Side
