Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Large Onion Sliced
- 1/4 Tsp Malher Black Pepper
- 1/2 Lb Cheese 2 Cups(Grated)
- 1 Can Tomato Paste Diluted With 2 Cups Water
- 1-1/2 Lbs Fresh Corn Tortillas
- 1 Tbsp Margarine
- 4 Hard Boil Eggs Chopped (Optional)
Instructions
- In A Small Pot, Boil Four Eggs. (Put Eggs In Cold Water To Cool.)
- Heat Frying Pan. Add Fat And Onions. (Fry Until Onions Are Tender).
- Add Diluted Tomato Paste, Salt, And Malher Black Pepper, Cook For About 5-10 Minutes.
- Add 1/4 Cup Grated Cheese. Simmer For Another 5 Minutes.
- Taste For Seasoning. Let Mixture Cool.
- Put Some Sauce In Fat Dish.
- Roll Each Tortilla In Sauce Separately.
- Add Chopped Boiled Eggs And Onions From Sauce.
- Roll Tightly.
- Lay Rolled Tortillas In Deep Dish. Pour Over Tomato Sauce And Sprinkle With Cheese. Repeat Until All Ingredients Are Used.
