El Dorado Rum Popo
Ingredients
- 9 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Nutmeg Extract
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Cinnamon Extract
- 1 Pint El Dorado Superior White Rum
- 5 Cans Grace Evaporated Milk Large
- 3 Cans Grace Condensed Milk
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Vanilla Essence
For 2 Servings
- 1 Eggs
- ½ Nutmeg Grated
- ½ Tsp Malher Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Tbsp El Dorado Superior White Rum
- 1 Can Grace Evaporated Milk Large
- ½ Can Grace Condensed Milk
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Beat Eggs Well (15-20 Minutes)
- Add Grace Evaporated Milk & Beat Again.
- Add Grace Condensed Milk And Check For Desired Sweetness.
- Next Add Benjamins Nutmeg, Benjamins Cinnamon Extract, Benjamins Vanilla Flavoring & El Dorado Rum And Continue Mixing.
- Store In Refrigerator.
- Stir Before Serving. Serving 10 – 12.
