Coconut Chicken Soup
Ingredients
- 2 Inch Piece Ginger Peeled And Very Thinly Sliced
- 2 cups Grace Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
- 3 Chicken Breast Fillets Cut Into Thin Strips
- 1-2 Teaspoons Red Chillies Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Grace Fish Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Coriander Cilantro Leaves
Instructions
- Combine The Ginger, Grace Coconut Milk And Stock In A Medium Pan.
- Bring To The Boil And Simmer, Uncovered, Over Low Heat For 10 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally.
- Add The Chicken And Chillies To The Pan And Simmer For 8 Minutes.
- Add The Grace Fish Sauce And Brown Sugar: Toss.
- Add The Coriander (Cilantro) Leaves And Serve Immediately, Garnished With Extra Sprigs Of Coriander (Cilantro) To Your Liking.
