Chocolate Christmas Cake

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Grace Evaporated Milk
- 4 Tbsps Grace Roma Cocoa Heaping
- 4 Tbsps Grace Instant Chocolate Heaping
- 2 Cups Sugar Granulated
- ¾ Cup Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 1 ½ Tsps Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- Dash Of Salt
- Dash Baking Soda
Instructions
- In Bowl Whip Butter And Sugar Gradually Adding Eggs.
- Add Flour, Grace Roma Cocoa, Grace Instant Chocolate, Salt, Baking Soda, Grace Evaporated Milk And Vanilla. Mix Well.
- Pour Into Greased 9x13 Inch Pan And Bake At 350 Degrees For 20-25 Minutes.
Cocoa Frosting
- 3 Tablespoons Butter Softened
- 1/4 Cup Grace Roma Cocoa
- 2 Tablespoons Grace Evaporated Milk
- 1 1/3 Cups Florida Crystals Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Nuts (Optional)
- In Small Mixer Bowl Combine All Ingredients; Beat To Spreading Consistency. Add More Milk If Necessary.
- Sprinkle With Crush Nuts Or Shaved Chocolate.
