Cheesy Luncheon Bake

Ingredients
- 2 Cans Grace Luncheon Meat
- 2 Cans Grace Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Grace Mustard
- 2 Lbs. Potatoes
- 2 Pkgs Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Stick Margarine
- 1 Cup Scallions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Malher Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Italian Herbs
Instructions
- Preheat Oven At 375°.
- Peel And Cut Potatoes In Round Slices.
- Parboil In Salted Water, Drain And Set Aside.
- Slice Grace Luncheon Meat In Bite Size Squares And Set Aside.
- In A Medium Saucepan Combine Cream Cheese, Grace Evaporated Milk, Grace Mustard, Scallions, Black Pepper, Italian Herbs And Heat Until Cheese Is Fully Melted.
- Prepare Baking Dish And Layer Potato Slices/Luncheon Meat/Cheese Mixture, Parmesan Cheese – Repeat Layers.
- Bake Covered For 25-30 Minutes.
