Belizean Rum Popo
Ingredients
For 10-12 Servings:
- 9 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Nutmeg Extract
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Cinnamon Extract
- 1 Pint El Dorado Superior White Rum
- 5 Cans Grace Evaporated Milk Large
- 3 Cans Grace Condensed Milk
- 1 Tbsp Benjamins Vanilla Essence
For 2 Servings:
- 1 Eggs
- ½ Nutmeg Grated
- ½ Tsp Malher Cinnamon Powder
- 2 Tbsp El Dorado Superior White Rum
- 1 Can Grace Evaporated Milk Large
- ½ Can Grace Condensed Milk
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
Instructions
- Beat eggs well (15-20 minutes)
- Add Grace Evaporated Milk & beat again.
- Add Grace Condensed Milk and check for desired sweetness.
- Next add Benjamins Nutmeg, Benjamins Cinnamon Extract, Benjamins Vanilla Flavoring & El Dorado Rum and continue mixing
- Store in refrigerator.
- Stir before serving.
