5 Tbsp Grace Salad Cream1 Can Grace Mixed Vegetables½ Lb Cassava¾ Lb Tofu (Diced)1 Onion (Diced)1 Sweet Pepper (Diced)1 Can Mushroom1 Tsp Malher Black PepperCorn ChipsGrace Vegetable Oil In A Bowl, Peel, Wash And Dice Cassava.Boil For 5-10 Minutes Or Until Soft.Remove From Heat And Place In A Bowl. Heat Pot On Medium.Add Grace Vegetable Oil To Glaze Pot.Stir In Diced Onions And Sweet Pepper.Saute For A Few Minutes. Remove From Heat.Add To Bowl With Boiled Cassava.Add Grace Mixed Vegetables, Add Grace Salad Cream And Mix With A Spoon.Add Malher Black Pepper.Top With Sliced Mushroom. *Serve With Corn Tortilla Chips Or To Substitute For Potatoe Salad.
Grace Three Bean Salad 1 Can Grace Red Kidney Beans (Drained)1 Can Grace Whole Kernel Corn1 Can Grace Green Peas (Drained)6 Tbsp Grace White Vinegar2 Tbsp Sugar2 Tsp Kent Boringer Olive Oil1/4 Tsp Oregano1/4 Tsp Malher Garlic Powder1/4 Tsp Malher Onion Powder1 Sprig Parsley Rinse Grace Red Kidney Beans In Brine, Grace Whole Kernel Corn, Grace Green Peas, And Combine In A Bowl.In A Seperate Bowl, Mix Grace White Vinegar, Sugar, Kent Boringer Olive Oil, Oregano, Malher Garlic Powder And Malher Onion Powder Whisk Thoroughly.Pour Dressing Over Beans And Toss To Mix.Cover And Allow To Marinate For An Hour.Garnish With Chopped Parsley And Serve. *Marinate Under Refrigeration. *Serve As A Cooked Salad Or As A Side Dish.
